Region Gotland upphandlar livsmedel inom produktgrupperna mejeri, matfett och ägg. Produkterna är till största delen avsedda för tillagnings- och mottagningskök inom skola, förskola, sjukhus och äldreomsorg men även övriga verksamheter inom Region Gotland har rätt att avropa från avtalet. Distribution av produkterna till beställarna ingår i uppdraget och kostnad för detta ska ingå i styckpriset.
