Acordul cadru are ca obiect livrarea de software educațional - platformă de testare/evaluare individuală standardizată destinată implementării proiectului „DOTAREA CU MOBILIER, MATERIALE DIDACTICE ȘI ECHIPAMENTE DIGITALE A UNITĂȚILOR DE ÎNVĂȚĂMÂNT PREUNIVERSITAR DIN MUNICIPIUL BRAȘOV” Platforma software solicitată va fi destinată testării și evaluării digitale a tuturor elevilor din învățământul preuniversitar, clasele I-XII. Platforma va oferi teste standardizate și calibrate statistic pentru disciplinele matematică, limbă română, istorie, fizică, chimie, biologie, geografie, literație și literație digitală, limba engleză, limba franceză, făcând posibilă monitorizarea și evaluarea performanței elevilor. Testele vor fi concepute de cadre didactice de specialitate (profesori din diferite discipline, învățători). După caz, acestea vor fi avizate de către diferite organisme independente, de exemplu: Gazeta matematică. La solicitare, în platformă pot fi adăugate teste de evaluare concepute de către profesorii din unitatea de învățământ beneficiară, conform unei proceduri care va fi stabilită in perioada de analiză.
