Obiectul contractului îl constituie: Încheierea unui acord cadru, cu durata de 48 de luni având ca obiect furnizarea şi amplasarea unui număr cuprins între minim 6 buc, maxim 28 buc toalete automatizate racordabile la utilităţi accesibile inclusiv persoanelor cu dizabilităţi şi de asigurare a serviciilor de mentenanţă a acestora pe teritoriul municipiului Braşov. - Valoarea minimă a unui contract subsecvent: 2.674.621,85 lei fără TVA, din care 2.120.000,00 lei fără TVA, necesari achiziţiei şi punerii în funcţiune a toaletelor şi 544.621,85 lei fără TVA necesari asigurării consumabilelor şi întreţinerii acestora; - Valoarea maximă a unui contract subsecvent 2.120.000,00 lei fără TVA; - Valoarea minimă a acordului cadru: 1.602.605,04 lei fără TVA din care 1.530.000,00 lei fără TVA, necesari achiziţiei şi punerii în funcţiune a toaletelor şi 72.605,04 lei fără TVA, necesari asigurării consumabilelor şi întreţinerii acestora; - Valoarea maximă estimată a acordului cadru este de 9.388.991,60 lei fără TVA, din care 7.350.000,00 lei fără TVA necesari achiziţiei şi punerii în funcţiune a toaletelor şi 2.038.991,60 lei fără TVA necesari asigurării consumabilelor şi întreţinerii acestora…
