Description
Achiziția de diverse medicamente (antiinfecțioase pentru uz sistemic, soluții medicamentoase, corticosteroizi și alte medicamente pentru tractul digestiv si metabolism) pentru bolnavii din Spitalul de Pneumoftiziologie Sibiu. Se va încheia un acord cadru pe 24 luni, cu unul sau mai mulți operatori economici (maxim 3 operatori), fară reluarea competiției (reofertare electronica) în SEAP, respectiv prin simpla comunicare pe mail a intenției de încheiere a unui nou contract subsecvent in baza acordului cadru existent. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor 14 zile. AC va raspunde în mod clar şi complet tuturor solicitărilor de carificare/informaţiilor suplimentare cu 11 zile inainte de la termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. In primul an se va încheia cel putin 1 contract subsecvent, primul subsecvent până la cantitatea minimă din acordul cadru și urmatoarele contracte subsecvente pe cantitatea rămasă până la cantitatea maximă din acordul cadru, în funcție de necesități. primul contract subsecvent fiind cu valoarea cea mai mare.
