Description

Încheiere acord cadru în vederea achiziționării de alimente pentru Spitalul de Pneumoftiziologie Sibiu. Autoritatea contractanta intenționează să încheie un acord cadru de furnizare alimente pentru o perioada de 24 luni, cu minim 1 si maxim 3 operatori economici, fără reluarea competiției (fara reofertare electronică) în SEAP, respectiv prin simpla comunicare pe mail a intenției de încheiere a unui nou contract subsecvent. Se va încheia 1 sau mai multe contracte subsecvente, primul pe cantitatea minimă din acordul cadru, următoarele contracte subsecvente pe diferenţa până la cantitatea maximă din acordul cadru, în funcţie de necesităţi. Cantitatile minime si maxime estimate solicitate pe durata acordului cadru precum si cele care vor face obiectul unui contract subsecvent sunt precizate in caietul de sarcini. În momentul de față nu pot fi cunoscute cu exactitate cantitățile pentru al doilea contract subsecvent. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 14 zile.
