Description
To provide a national licence for access to a point of care reference tool for primary and specialty health care for clinicians and health care professionals in the Republic of Ireland. The point of care tool will be accessible nationally by anyone living in the Republic of Ireland with access to an Internet enabled device. The tool will assist evidence informed decision making in all aspects of integrated care and the patient journey.
