Description
För att förvalta befintligt innehav av programvarulicenser ser Kriminalvården ett behov av en Ramavtalsleverantör som ska återförsälja licenser, underhåll och produktsupport, utökningar av befintliga licenser samt licenser för nya behov. Vidare har Kriminalvården behov av vissa produktnära konsulttjänster, produktnära utbildning samt konsulttjänster kopplat till licenshantering som assistans i samband med True-Up och i Kriminalvårdens arbete med Software Asset Management (SAM).
