Description
Kriminalvården avser att teckna ramavtal med ett antal leverantörer för placering på halvvägshusplats för klienter som vistas utanför anstalt enligt den särskilda utslussningsåtgärden halvvägshus enligt 11 kap 4§ fängelselagen (FäL). En halvvägshusplats kan definieras som en placering med stöd i ett drogfritt grupp- eller enskilt boende präglat av ett miljöterapeutiskt förhållningssätt. Boendet ska vara bemannat dygnet runt och personalen ska kontrollera att placerad följer villkoren för vistelsen samt ge socialkurativt stöd i syfte att underlätta utslussning till samhället. Ett halvvägshus jämlikt 11 kap. 4 § fängelselagen (2010:610) är ett av Kriminalvården kontrollerat hem som är anpassat för att ge intagna under utslussning från anstalt särskilt stöd och tillsyn. Kriminalvården har upphandlade halvvägshus i Stockholm, Göteborg och Malmö som drivs i extern regi. Halvvägshusplatserna syftar till att komplettera dessa halvvägshus för att tillgodose en ökad efterfrågan av denna placeringsform och för att Kriminalvårdens enheter ska ha tillgång till ett varierat utbud av placeringsalternativ i hela landet.
