Description
The Norwegian Environment Agency shall enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of legal services in the areas of contract law and procurements. The procurement is being made on behalf of departments under the Ministry of Climate and Environment. The following departments are included: The Norwegian Environment Agency, the Norwegian Polar Institute, the Directorate for Cultural Heritage, the Arts Data Bank, the Meteorological Institute and the Cultural Memorial Fund. The objective of the framework agreement is to cover the departments ́ need for legal assistance in the area of public procurements and for the contract law for public procurements.
