Description
The Norwegian Environment Agency shall deliver efficiently and well on the social mission and manage the current and future challenges. As a part of this, we want to strengthen our 60 leaders—both individually and as a team. We would therefore like an overall management development programme that helps our managers manage ever higher requirements and expectations and to exercise good leadership in line with the government's five leadership expectations and the directorate ́s needs. We invite tenderers to a digital supplier conference 18 September, where we will present our needs for the management development programme and allow for questions from suppliers. See the attached dialogue note for information on registration. After the supplier conference, we would like to hold one-to-one meetings with suppliers in order to get input on appropriate organisation and a management development programme that meets our needs. Primarily we are interested in hearing about how the suppliers will design, implement and follow-up such a programme and what requirements ought to be set for suppliers.
