Description
Syftet med upphandlingen är att säkerställa att Malmö Larmcentral får ett modernt larmmottagningssystem som kan hantera larmmottagningens behov under kommande år baserat på nuvarande tjänster. Systemet ska vara motståndskraftigt mot IT-attacker, skalbart och enkelt att anpassa för att lägga till eller ta bort larmtjänster efter behov. Upphandlingen syftar också till att säkerställa en smidig och effektiv implementation samt övergång till det nya larmmottagningssystemet. Detta för att kunna erbjuda ett utökat tjänsteutbud inom kommunala larmcentralstjänster och tillgodose Malmö stads nuvarande och framtida behov.
