Description

Tenders are sought for one (1) High-performance Liquid Chromatograph with Time-of-flight - Mass Spectrometric Detector (HPLC-TOF-MS) to enable research at University of Limerick. Aftersales technical services are also required. The HPLC-TOF-MS will primarily be used by food scientists working on bioactive compounds and natural products. Science Foundation Ireland has recently approved a project dealing with the bioavailability of apple polyphenols. Thus, the HPLC-TOF-MS will be central to quantifying polyphenols in the extracts, food extracts, and digested food models.
