GVB ontwikkelt zelf geen maatwerksoftware maar besteedt dit structureel uit aan diverse leveranciers. Om grip te houden op de kwaliteit, veiligheid en overdraagbaarheid van deze maatwerksoftware is onafhankelijke codekwaliteitscontrole noodzakelijk. Deze marktconsultatie richt zich op het contracteren van een gespecialiseerde partij die deze controle structureel en deskundig kan uitvoeren. GVB is voornemens om met één gespecialiseerde partij een langdurige overeenkomst aan te gaan. zie bijgevoegd document
