Description
Entreprenaden omfattar en total byggteknisk upprustning och ombyggnation för fastigheten Bygeln 5. Målsättning att inrymma ett förvaltningskontor med 265 fullständiga arbetsplatser. Kontoret i sin nuvarande utformning omfattar 5639 m² och kommer inrymmas i de sydöstra delarna av fastighetens låghusdelar samt i ett av punkthusen. Inriktningen är att förutom förvaltningskontoret inrymma ca 109 seniorbostäder i fastigheten vilket innebär en utökning med 70 bostäder. Övrigt Entreprenaden är uppdelad i två huvuddelar och respektive huvuddel kommer att genomföras som en totalentreprenad med samverkan, se ”Entreprenadkontrakt” för en närmare beskrivning av byggprocessen och entreprenadens två faser.
