Kort information om objektet & projektet Objektet är Kv. Ånn 7 som består av fyra sammanhängande huskroppar som byggdes 1961. Fastigheten fungerar idag som ett vård- och omsorgsboende samt boende för personer med demens. Beställaren planerar nu att riva befintliga byggnader och sedan bygga ett nytt vård- och omsorgsboende med 72 lägenheter och ca 60 stycken nya seniorbostäder med aktivitetscentra. Nybyggnationen avseende vård- och omsorgsboende omfattar ca 6400 m² BTA. Nybyggnationen avseende seniorbostäder omfattar ca 5300 m² BTA. Övrigt Entreprenaden kommer att genomföras som en totalentreprenad med samverkan, se ”Entreprenadkontrakt” för en närmare beskrivning av byggprocessen och entreprenadens två faser
