Description
Ramavtalet omfattar byggentreprenader för avrop mellan 1 - 12 miljoner kronor inom Micasa Fastigheters fastighetsbestånd. Beställaren behöver löpande utföra byggprojekt i form av renovering, om- & tillbyggnader, ROT-projekt och eventuellt mindre nybyggnader. För att utföra dessa arbeten behöver beställaren samarbetspartner i form av ramavtalsentreprenörer. Uppskattat värde för ramavtalet uppgår till ca 20 miljoner kronor per år. Beställaren kan dock inte garantera någon avropsvolym för avtalsperioden utan detta beror på budget, behov av åtgärder i beställarens byggnader och andra politiska beslut etc. Entreprenörerna åtar sig att utföra arbeten mot det faktiska behov som uppstår. Beställaren har ensam rätt att avgöra omfattning och tidpunkt för avrop. Takvärde för ramavtalet är 120 miljoner kronor under hela avtalsperioden. Avtalsstart är planerad till oktober 2024.
