Description
Upphandlingen avser ett flexibelt, modernt och användarvänligt kund- och ärendehanteringssystem som minskar behovet av manuella administrativa rutiner och ger enkel tillgång till information för att skapa goda förutsättningar för kvalitativa uppföljningar samt en hög servicenivå till användare och kunder. Systemet kan komma att levereras för lokal drift (on prem) på egen server belägen hos vår driftoperatör Intraservice eller som hostad tjänst.
