Description
Region Halland genomför en upphandling av en AI-baserad tjänst för transkribering och generering av journaltext inom hälso- och sjukvården, så kallad Ambient Scribe. Tjänsten ska stödja vårdpersonalens dokumentationsarbete genom ett sammanhängande arbetsflöde från talad och textbaserad information till transkribering, generering och bearbetning av journalutkast och andra dokumentationsunderlag samt granskning, färdigställande och överföring till journalsystem. Tjänsten ska även omfatta stöd för förslag till diagnos- och åtgärdskoder. Upphandlingen omfattar även erforderliga integrationer samt tjänster för införande, utbildning, drift, support, underhåll och förvaltning. Upphandlingen syftar till att teckna ramavtal med en (1) leverantör. Region Halland kommer att ingå ramavtalet och ett eget tjänstekontrakt. Ytterligare åtta namngivna regioner är avropsberättigade och har rätt, men inte skyldighet, att ingå egna tjänstekontrakt med antagen leverantör.
