Upphandling avseende byggentreprenadkontrakt gällande Om-, tillbyggnation Stadsbibliotek som efter renovering blir ett kulturhus med bredd som förutom bibliotek samlar kulturskola och öppen seniorverksamhet, teater och Eskilskällan i Kulturkvarteret Våghalsen i de centrala delar av Eskilstuna.
