Description
Region Värmland (regionen) genomför denna upphandling som avser Kostdatasystem med service och support med beskrivning i upphandlingdokumenten. Det totala värdet för ingående system och tjänster i denna upphandling under aktuell avtalsperiod inkl. optionsår beräknas uppgå till ca 5 100 000 SEK. Leverantörens ska leverera en On-premlösning. Upphandlingen omfattar · Planering och projektledning · Införande och drift av system · Service och support · Systemutveckling · Utbildning · Dokumentation · Integrationer Systemmiljö Leverantören ska tillhandahålla och drifta två (2) systemmiljöer av offererat system: · Testmiljö/Utbildningsmiljö o ska också användas för kvalitetssäkring och acceptanstester, innan alla funktioner tas i drift. o Ska driftas hos regionen (on-prem) · Produktionsmiljö (drift) o Ska driftas hos regionen (on-prem) Testmiljö/Utbildningsmiljön ska vara produktionslik. Dock utan personuppgifter. Samtliga miljöer måste vara tillgänglig för region Värmland när avtalet är i drift. Leveransen ska innehålla moderna sätt att replikera miljöer och distribuera nya versioner.
