Region Värmland genomför denna upphandling som avser Förbrukningsmaterial (Materielförsörjning) inklusive logistik med beskrivning i upphandlingsdokumenten. Upphandlingen omfattar Region Värmland, kommunerna i Värmland och Karlstad Universitets behov av förbrukningsmateriel. Omfattning kommunernaKommunerna kommer via detta avtal att avropa förband från grupp 3 Förband, i de fall patienter har fått vård av Regionen och skickas hem med ordination att fortsätta med samma förband i hemmet.I annat fall, när regionen ej ordinerar förband, har kommunerna eget avtal för förband och sjukvårdsmaterial.
