Description

Ramavtalet omfattar Korttidvistelse för personer med funktionsnedsättning. Korttidsvistelse innebär att en person med funktionsnedsättning tillfälligt, eller regelbundet men inte permanent, under en kortare eller längre tid vistas på ett korttidshem. Syftet med korttidsvistelse utanför det egna hemmet är dels att personen ska erbjudas miljöombyte och rekreation, dels att anhöriga därigenom kan få avlösning. Vistelse på Korttidshem regleras i Lagen om stöd och service till vissa funktionshindrade (LSS). Insatsen Korttidsvistelse kan komma att beslutas enligt Socialtjänstlagen (SoL). Efterfrågad tjänst är tillståndspliktig enligt LSS 9 § 6 korttidsvistelse utanför det egna hemmet och 7 kap 1 § 3 p Socialtjänstlagen. Brukarna kan utöver sin funktionsnedsättning även ha annan problematik.
