Description
Målgrupp för ramavtalet är personer över 18 år med psykiska och/eller fysiska funktionsnedsättningar i behov av korttidsboende. Korttidsboende är biståndsbeslut enligt socialtjänstlagen. Efterfrågad tjänst är tillståndspliktig enligt 7 kap 1§ 3p (hem för viss annan heldygnsvård) socialtjänstlagen. Ramavtalet omfattar två delområden Delområde 1 - Korttidsboende för personer med psykiska funktionsnedsättningar Delområde 2 - Korttidsboende för personer med fysiska funktionsnedsättningar
