Description
-Die Gemeinde Helgoland ist eine ca. 65 km vom Festland entfernte Hochseeinsel im Bereich der Deutschen Bucht der Nordsee mit ca. 1.500 Einwohnern. Jährlich besuchen rund 350.000 Tages- und Übernachtungsgäste die Insel. Auf Helgoland wird ein Fernwärmenetz betrieben. -Die Gemeinde Helgoland betreibt die Fernwärmeversorgung als öffentliche Einrichtung. Das Versorgungsgebiet des Fernwärmenetzes umfasst das gesamte Gemeindegebiet Helgoland. Diesbezügliche Regelungen trifft insbesondere die Satzung der Gemeinde Helgoland über die Wärmeversorgung der Grundstücke und den Anschluss an die öffentliche Fernwärmeversorgungsanlage. Gegenstand dieser Vorinformation ist die Vergabe einer Konzession für Fernwärme zur Versorgung des gesamten Gemeindegebiets Helgoland.
