Hanke esemeks on olemasolevatele printeritele originaal- ja analoog kulumaterjalide ja tarvikute ostmine koos kohaletoomisega Riigihanke tulemusena sõlmitud raamleping laieneb kõigile hankijatele, kes on volitanud RIT-i riigihanget korraldama (ühishankijad, kes on toodud ühishankijate nimekirjas). Eeldatav maksumus on määratud teatud varuga, et võimalikud tulevikus tekkivad vajadused mahuks raamlepingu eeldatava maksumuse piiresse.
