Description
Hankelepingu esemeks on kontoriseadmete toonerikassettide ost. Hanke raames võivad ühishankijad tellida printeritele ka teisi vajaminevaid kulumaterjale peale toonerite. Hankelepingu eseme hulka kuuluvad ka ostetavate asjade kohaletoimetamine hankijate asukohta Eesti Vabariigi piires. Hankija sõlmib raamlepingu kõikide pakkujatega kes kvalifitseeruvad ja kelle pakkumused on vastavad Hanke alusel sõlmitud raamleping laieneb kõigile juriidilistele isikutele, kes on volitanud RIK-i hanget korraldama vastava volikirja alusel (ühishankijad, kes on toodud ühishankijate nimekirjas) ja vabatahtliku keskse hankimise kaudu soetajatele. Riigihanke 208804 lepingu maksumus on hanke alustamise seisuga ca 730 000 eurot. Käesoleva hanke eeldatav maksumus on kolmekordne, tulenevalt Euroopa Kohtu võimalikust praktikast lugeda raamleping lõppenuks sh olukorras, kus saavutatud on eeldatava maksumuse ülempiir.
