Description
Upphandlingen avser ramavtal avseende tjänster inom IT- och informationssäkerhetsområdet för avrop av konsulter inom de anbudsområden som anges i detta underlag. Efterfrågan på de tjänster som Beställaren levererar är hög och förväntas att fortsätta öka de kommande åren i och med Norrköpings kommuns ambitioner att starkt digitaliseras kommunens olika verksamheter. I och med detta behövs tjänsterna inom it-säkerhetsområdet utökas och förstärkas. Ytterligare en framgångsfaktor är att i det kortsiktiga perspektivet och med kort framförhållning agera med hög flexibilitet vad gäller bemanning för att möta nya uppdrag, projekt och förändringar i befintliga uppdrag. Beställaren har därmed behov av ramavtal för successiva avrop av konsultstöd inom ett antal olika områden inom IT- och informations-säkerhet. Konsulterna ska stödja Beställarens löpande verksamhet vartefter behov uppkommer. Uppdragen kommer företrädesvis att utföras på plats hos Beställaren. Följande anbudsområden ingår: - Informationssäkerhet - IT-säkerhet Anbud kan lämnas på ett eller två anbudsområden.
