Description
Ramavtalet omfattar värdering av fastigheter och nyttjanderätter samt tillhörande analyser och utredningar. Uppdrag kan avse värdering i tätortsmiljö och inom skog och/eller lantbruk inom följande områden: Intrångs- och ersättningsvärdering Inlösen- och expropriationsvärdering Mark- och fastighetsvärdering Värdering tomträtt Värdering inför fastighetsförsäljning och fastighetsförvärv. Ramavtal kommer att tecknas med tre anbudsgivare, förutsatt att det finns tre anbudsgivare som kvalificerar sig.
