Uppdraget omfattar huvudsakligen konsulttjänster för naturvärdesinventeringar (NVI) avseende biologisk mångfald enligt Standard SS 199000:2023 Naturvärdesinventering avseende biologisk mångfald (NVI). Om en reviderad standard för naturvärdesinventeringar kommer ska denna användas. Borås Stad har ansvar för det lokala naturvårdsarbetet, både inom den fysiska planeringen och för genomförande av konkreta åtgärder.
