Description
Upphandlingen omfattar konsultuppdrag med ramavtal avseende kalkylator inom byggnadsarbeten och byggnadsinstallationer för husbyggnadsprojekt. Uppdraget består av att upprätta kalkyler för ny- och ombyggnadsprojekt exempelvis tidiga kostnadsbedömningar i förstudieskeden, kostnads¬styrning under projekteringsskede samt prisgranskning av ÄTA. Uppdraget kan också komma att innefatta beräkning av klimatberäkningar, klimatkalkyler, livscykelanalyser och klimatoptimering samt hjälp att ta fram en produktionstidsplan i tidiga skeden.
