Description
Värnamo kommun inbjuder härmed till anbud för ett uppdrag som syftar till att stödja och utveckla kommunens måltidsverksamhet mot en strategisk, hållbar och robust organisation. Uppdraget omfattar två huvudinriktningar: Utveckling och processledning i hållbara matsystem – Fokus på rådgivning, analys och stöd i implementeringen av ett hållbart matsystem som stärker kommunens förmåga att möta utmaningar kopplade till klimatförändringar, ekonomi och beredskap. Utveckling och processledning av måltidsorganisationen – Strategiskt stöd i att utveckla måltidsverksamheten till en modern och hållbar organisation genom långsiktig planering och effektivisering. Förutom det strategiska och organisationsutvecklande arbetet ska konsulten ha stor kunskap om livsmedelssystem och utgå från principerna i Diet for a Green Planet. Dessa principer går hand i hand med de mål och arbetssätt som redan finns i Värnamo men som behöver vidareutvecklas. Bakgrund till uppdraget Kommunen har tidigare genomfört en analys av sin självförsörjningsgrad och identifierar fortsatt behov av kvalificerat stöd för att bygga vidare på detta arbete.
