Description
I enlighet med 4 kap 18 § LOU är denna upphandling reserverad för leverantörer vars främsta syfte är social och yrkesmässig integration av personer som har svårt att komma in på arbetsmarknaden. En förutsättning för att en leverantör ska kunna delta i upphandlingen är att minst 30 procent av dem som sysselsätts hos leverantören är personer som har svårt att komma in på arbetsmarknaden eller har funktionsnedsättning.
