Projektet Centralbadet omfattar nybyggnad av 55 000 m2 BTA och kommer bland annat att innehålla två 50-metersbassänger, två undervisningsbassänger samt minst 2 000 läktarplatser. Dessutom planeras för fyra sporthallar samt lokalytor för ett antal andra behov som exempelvis aktivitetssal, mötesrum, gym och café/restaurang med mera. Aktuell upphandling omfattar konsulttjänster i form av projekt- och projekteringsledning, installationssamordnare, BAS-P, KA, BIM/CAD-samordnare m.m.
