Description
Konsulter inom krisberedskap, civilt försvar och säkerhetsskydd. Syftet med upphandlingen är att kommunen ska kunna avropa och beställa konsulttjänster och utbildningar som omfattar olika uppgifter för att biträda Huddinge kommun och de kommunala fastighetsbolagen i sina uppdrag och kring förmågan att förebygga och minska risker och sårbarhet som kan leda till kriser. Inklusive att bygga upp, utveckla och säkerställa förmågan att förebygga och hantera fredstida krisberedskap, civilt försvar, totalförsvar och säkerhetsskydd. Huddinge kommun med sina kommunala fastighetsbolag efterfrågar därmed kompetenta konsulter med behörighet, förmåga och kompetens att utifrån kommunens kontext, uppdrag, roll och ansvar enligt regelverk och lagstiftning genomföra uppdrag som exempelvis rådgivning, utbildning och övningar, bidra med att utreda och analysera, hålla i projektledning och processledning, liksom moderering av workshopar eller seminarier, samt genomföra säkerhetsprövningar. Arbetet sker och ska kunna ske i samverkan internt mellan verksamheter i kommunen eller i kommunkoncernen, men även med civilsamhället, kommuner och myndigheter på lokal, regional eller nationell nivå.
