Uppdraget avser en komplett leverans av ett systemstöd för planering, uppföljning, kvalitetsledning och processutveckling inklusive processverktyg. Systemstödet ska levereras som tjänst, inklusive införande (inklusive integrationer, varav ekonomisystemet är det viktigaste integrerade systemet), licenser, drift, service och support, vidareutveckling och tillkommande konsultinsatser.
