Region Värmland upphandlar KonferenstjänsterUpphandlingen är indelad i fyra (4) delar:Virtuellt event/Videokonferens, Halvdag/HeldagHalvdagskonferens/Endagskonferens/Flerdagskonferens utan logiFlerdagskonferens med logiHalvdagskonferens/Endagskonferens utan förtäring Leverantör som önskar lämna anbud kan göra det för ett, flera eller samtliga delområden i upphandlingen. Regionens verksamheter är spridda över Värmlands län och avtal kommer att tecknas med samtliga leverantörer som lever upp till de obligatoriska krav regionen ställer på respektive delområde. Detta med hänsyn till att olika behov av kapacitet på konferenstjänster och inriktning på olika typer av konferenstjänster ska täckas samtidigt som behovet av olika geografiska lägen ska tillgodoses.Avgränsning är att avtalade anläggningar kan nås inom 1,5 timmes bilresa från någon av följande orter inom Värmlands län:ArvikaKarlstadKristinehamnSäffle TorsbyLeverantörer ombeds att norgrant läsa igenom upphandlingsdokumenten och säkerställa att alla bilagor som efterfrågas är ifyllda och bifogade när anbudet lämnas in.
