Description
Kriminalvården avser att teckna kompletterande ramavtal med ett antal leverantörer för vård och behandling vid behandlingshem av frivårdsklienter som dömts till skyddstillsyn med särskild behandlingsplan (kontraktsvård) och intagna som vistas utanför anstalt på vårdvistelse enligt 11 kap 1§ Fängelselagen (FäL). Ramavtal tecknade i denna upphandling kommer att avropas först när ramavtal för upphandling 2022-6707 Behandlingshem är fulltecknade. Det innebär att de leverantörer som redan har avtal med Kriminalvården för behandlingshem med diarienummer 2022-6707 inte behöver lämna anbud.
