Region Västerbotten inbjuder er härmed att inkomma med anbud i upphandling av ramavtal avseende Strategisk kommunikationsrådgivning och Informationsproduktion. Denna upphandling avser strategiskt kommunikationsrådgivning och informationsproduktion för Region Västerbotten. Anbudsområdet omfattar hela det utbud av tjänster som krävs för att fylla funktionen som regionens huvudbyrå. Region Västerbotten söker två (2) leverantörer till rangordnat avtal som har en stark strategisk och analytisk förmåga, kreativ höjd och stor produktionskapacitet. Regionen har behov av varierande tjänster från en mångsidig samarbetspartner. En partner som kan bidra i strategiska samtal likväl som i taktiska produktionsuppdrag. Regionen söker en samarbetspartner som drivs av ett mycket stort samhällsengagemang och har ett genuint intresse av samhällsutveckling och som har en utmärkt förståelse för Västerbotten samt de utmaningar och möjligheter som finns här.
