Description

Denna upphandling består av följande anbudsområden som utvärderas var för sig: Anbudsområde A - Strategisk kommunikation Anbudsområde B - Produktion av kommunikation Anbudsgivarna kan lämna anbud på ett eller flera av anbudsområdena. Anbudsområde A: Syftet med anbudsområde A är att etablera ett nära samarbete med en leverantör som kan bistå i kommunikationsarbete på strategisk och taktisk nivå. Leverantören ska fungera som ett strategiskt bollplank, vara en proaktiv rådgivare och kunna leverera övergripande idéer och koncept.   Anbudsområde B: Syftet är att komplettera och stärka Linköpings kommuns interna byrå vid tidpunkter då efterfrågan är hög och/eller när operativ kompetens inte är tillgänglig inom egen byrå. Syftet är dessutom att Leverantören ska tillgodose Linköpings kommuns kunskaper som ett kreativt bollplank, samt fördjupad kompetens i snabbföränderliga kommunikationsgrepp, däribland AI och sociala medier.
