LiU har inom administration, utbildning och forskning ett omfattande och brett behov av klienter. LiU har valt att indela ramavtalet i två anbudsområden: Klienter - PC Klienter - Apple LiU avser teckna avtal med en leverantör per anbudsområde för att säkerställa behovet av bärbara och stationära klienter för LiU:s anställda.
