Description
Beställaren avser att upphandla kioskvaror såsom godis, chokladkakor, burkläsk, snacks och dylikt för succesiva avrop under avtalstiden. Efterfrågat sortiment framgår av bilaga 2 anbudsprislista. Leveranser kommer att ske delvis direkt till beställande enhet och delvis via samlastningscentral. Läs mer under stycke 1.5.4 Leverans. Beställaren uppskattar den totala inköpsvolymen per år till cirka 2,3 MSEK. Takvolym för ramavtalet är 11 MSEK för den totala avtalsperioden. Ramavtalet upphör att gälla om avropad volym överstiger takbeloppet. Ramavtalet är dock fortsatt tillämpligt avseende utförda eller pågående avrop. Beställaren förbinder sig emellertid inte att avropa en viss kvantitet, utan antagen leverantör är skyldig att leverera beställarens verkliga behov.
