Description
Hankinnan kohteena olivat Kiinteistö Oy Juuan Vuokratalojen hallinnoimien kiinteistöjen huoneisto- ja ulkoremontti-, sähkö-, LVI-, ulkomaalaus-, rakennuspelti- sekä piha- ja maanrakennustyöt sopimuskaudelle 01.05.2024 - 30.04.2026 + kahden (2) vuoden optio. Päätoteuttajan rooli sovitaan työkohtaisesti. Palveluntuottajan tulee sitoutua toimimaan myös päätoteuttajan roolissa. Palvelun tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset.
