Anstalten i Umeå är en anstalt med cirka 150 platser i säkerhetsklass 2 och har pekats ut som en lämplig anstalt för expansion. Entreprenaden omfattar: * BY001, 002, 003; Ombyggnationer samt ROT i tre befintliga hus. Administration, avskildhet, boenderum, tvätteri samt sjuksköterskeavdelning. BY001 och 002: Invändig demontering/rivning till stomrent. Ca 2 500 kvm. BY003: Utökning av befintligt tvätteri samt utökning befintlig sjuksköterskeverksamhet. Ca 700 kvm. * BY006 och 007; Komplettering av befintliga modulhus map. sadeltak samt inkoppling av fjärrvärme. Vattenburen värme finns i dagsläget inkopplat men drivs ej via fjärrvärme. * BY013; Rivning av befintlig lagerlokal samt nybyggnation av förrådsbyggnad med höglager samt entresol för kontor. Ca 550 kvm. * BY014; Nybyggnation av 1 st storkök med kapacitet att tillaga 1 200 portioner per dag. 2 plan. Ca 1000 kvm. * BY015; Nybyggnation av ställverk inkl. reservkraft. * Mark och infrastruktur inkl. stängsel, fordonsgrindar, gånggrindar. I entreprenaden ingår även att tillse att tillfälliga stängsel enligt kunds anvisning finns monterade. Nyproduktion planeras till ca 1 600 kvm BTA. Ombyggnationer/ROT planeras till ca 5 00…
