Description
Ängelholmshem, nedan benämnd UM, inbjuder er att lämna anbud på upphandling av plattform för digitalisering och industrialisering av ROT och underhåll till Ängelholmshem enligt de förutsättningar som anges i detta upphandlingsdokument med tillhörande bilagor Upphandlingen avser en plattform som digitaliserar arbetsflöden och skapar genomgripande styrning - från underhållsplan hela vägen ut till genomförandet. Plattform för att driva samarbetet med entreprenören, beräkna pris på utförda arbetsmoment samt hantera ÄTA och dokumentation. Plattformen ska ta hand om helheten med återrapporteringar, avrop och faktureringar mellan Ängelholmshem och entreprenörer. Den efterfrågade plattformen ska ha tillgång till MEPS kalkyl, system för hantering av ROT och underhåll i fastigheter.
