Hankinnan kohteena oli kahviautomaattien vuokraaminen täyttö- ja huoltopalvelulla. Tarjouspyynnössä oli optiona mukana myös Oulun Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (”OAMK”). OAMK voi halutessaan hankkia tämän kilpailutuksen mukaisia palveluita toimittajalta tällöin OAMK tekee erillisen sopimuksen toimittajan kanssa.
