Description
Avtalet avser samtalsmottagning och jourförmedling med vidarebefordran av akuta ärenden till de av kommunens upphandlade jourleverantörer, utanför kontorstid, vilket är ett komplement till den ordinarie verksamheten. Uppdraget omfattar samtalsmottagning från allmänheten, personal i verksamheter eller hyresgäster vid uppkomna fel och brister i objekt eller på allmän platsmark som förvaltas av kommunen. Allmän platsmark avser exempelvis vägar/gator, belysning, trafiksignaler, grönytor med mera. Därefter ska ärendet bedömas utifrån av kommunens delgivna checklistor om det ska vidare för eventuell åtgärd till upphandlade jourleverantörer.
