Jourverksamhet för larmmottagning omfattas av två delar: störningsjour och fastighetsjour. Till största del omfattar uppdraget larmmottagning från hyresgäster, både avseende störningar och uppkomna fel i fastigheter. Uppdraget kan till viss del komma att innefatta automatlarm i form av t.ex. brandlarm, hisslarm, inbrottslarm, överfallslarm, tekniska system.
