Description
NAV Troms and Finnmark shall procure the Job and Opportunity labour market measure, which is a follow-up measure for special target groups. Jobs and Possibilities are different from the ordinary follow-up measures as the target group has a very comprehensive need for assistance and follow-up, preferably problems with drugs and alcohol often in combination with psychiatric disorders, weak Norwegian capabilities, etc. The participants will have a more comprehensive need for assistance and follow-up compared to the participants in the ordinary follow-up initiative.
