Description
Jednogodišnja nabava svježeg povrća. Ponuditelj je dužan traženu robu isporučivati sukladno pravilnicima o kvaliteti predmetne robe, te se pri izvršavanju ugovora o nabavi dužan pridržavati odredbi Zakona o hrani (NN 18/23) te Zakona o higijeni hrane i mikrobiološkim kriterijima za hranu (NN 83/22) i drugim podzakonskim propisima kojima se uređuju standardi kvalitete za hranu i hranu za životinje, higijena hrane i mikrobiološki kriteriji za hranu.
