Hankinnan kohteena olivat jätteiden siirtokuljetukset Riikinvoiman ekovoimalaitokseen Leppävirralle Puhas Oy:n toiminta-alueelta sopimuskaudelle 01.10.2025 - 30.09.2030. Tilaajan päätöksellä urakka-aikaa voidaan jatkaa kahdella (2) yhden (1) vuoden optiolla ajalle 01.10.2030 - 30.09.2031 ja 01.10.2031 - 30.09.2032.
